This device was very easy to set up and start using. Once it's charged a bit and your account is set up, you're good to go. You can use the tracker via an App or on a desktop computer, which is extremely convenient if you're not around your phone all the time or vice versa. The App/site itself is easy to use and understand, and while it takes a few minutes to update upon logging in, the tracker shows you where it went, the path it took and how long it was moving. It's a great device for whatever you need.I also worked a lot with the service team on a few issues I was having logging in, and they were extremely speedy and courteous throughout the whole process. The entire Brickhouse team is there for you for whatever you need and will make sure you are getting 100% great service and a great experience out of their products.I highly recommend this to anyone who needs a GPS tracking device as it's definitely one of the best on the market.
As a busy mom to 3 kids and a service business owner, I’ve been searching for an affordable GPS tracker for a piece of mind. I wanted something that didn’t have to be permanently mounted in our work trucks so I could track as needed, and then I also wanted something to send with my son on Saturday nights.A few of my favorite things that has pushed us to purchase a 2nd Nano tracker:* Setup was fast and easy, took about 4 minutes from my cell phone.* The service plan does not require a commitment and is priced fairly. If you are serious about tracking someone, it’s a small price to pay for a huge piece of mind.* On point accuracy, allows you to zoom in and view fine detail as well as the option to save locations and track without watching every second.* Battery lasts for a very long time. I did notice it drains a lot faster when I left the app running in the background, so I began closing it out and reopening various times throughout the day and it lasted much longer.* Geofences are user-controlled, YOU design the area and YOU decide which alerts you want.* Compact and discreet size -- about the size of a bar of soapBrickhouse does offer web and app interfaces however I preferred the web-based because of the array of advanced features-- you can do a history report, playback a historical animated loop, view speed data, idle time, etc. The mobile app is convenient but very-trimmed-down version of the web-based interface. Its features are limited, but it is pretty darn cool to be able to pull out your phone and see, right then, exactly where someone is. There are a few quirks to both interfaces that you have to get used to but Brickhouse support team was quick to respond and provided A++ support. There are a million uses for these and limited only by your imagination. It will broadcast the location from wherever it is. Cars, backpacks, purses, golf bags, suitcases, coat pockets, coolers, any vehicles, mobile equipment, tool bags, lunchboxes, packages, furniture, watercraft, medical gear, crates, containers, dog luggage, -- if you can throw it in, it will go!
